John has more than 20 years in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering with major corporations involved in predominately Medical, Dental and Electronics. Furthermore, he has been  instrumental in developing other Product and new product introductions with well known Corporations. He has the expertise to supervise from inception to shipping, including establishment of all manufacturing documentation, Plant layout, Personnel Training and development, Cost Reduction, OSHA requirements and, compliance to Government Regulations as referred to Manufacturing Operations.

NORTH AMERICAN PHILLIPS CORPORATION 1977-1995 Manufacturing Engineering Manager Responsible for all plant operations including Plant layout for proper work flow, Machine Shop Operations, Control document establishment, to final packing and shipping.

XEROX CORPORATION ROCHESTER, NEW YORK 1968-1973 Manufacturing Engineer for company new product development. Through close investigation of established processes, he designed, developed, instituted, and managed new programs for significant Cost Reduction. Wrote all Manufacturing Processes. Designed and procured special tooling and equipment.

SYBRON CORPORATION ROCHESTER, NEW YORK  New Product development of Medical and Dental equipment as Manufacturing Engineer. Designed, Layout, and Set up of Production area. Designed and wrote all Manufacturing Process Procedures for Machine, Sheet Metal, and Assembly Shops. Responsible for Manufacturing.
